The DIKIDI app has introduced an updated work schedule feature for companies for iOS! 📅 Previously, this feature was only available for individual professionals and Android users, but now, any business can manage its schedule from a mobile device.

A well-configured schedule is the foundation for convenient customer bookings, efficient planning, and effective business management.

Flexible Scheduling Options

The DIKIDI app offers two convenient ways to set up your schedule:

🔸 Through the calendar – if you need to adjust or change the schedule for a specific day, such as for sick leave, a day off, or a holiday.
🔸 Through the “Set Up Schedule” button – the perfect option for long-term planning.

Scheduling Examples

1️⃣ Anna is a professional with alternative shifting

Anna works 3/3, from 09:00 to 19:00, with a 45-minute break at 14:00. This schedule can be easily set up through "Cyclic Scheduling" → "Own Scheme", specifying 3 working days and 3 days off.

How Far in Advance Should You Set Up Your Schedule?

The optimal scheduling period is 1–2 months ahead. This allows clients to book in advance and helps you avoid disruptions in online booking.

⚠️ Important! If the schedule expires, online booking will be automatically disabled.

To prevent this:

✔ Extend your schedule in advance;
✔ Keep track of notifications in the DIKIDI Business app;
✔ Check the "Online Booking" section and enable it when needed.

Setting up your schedule in DIKIDI Business is simple and convenient! Choose the right format, extend your schedule in time, add breaks – and your customers will always be able to book an appointment 📅✨
