How a customer can buy a package

A customer can buy a package in two ways: ask the administrator to process the sale – in this case, refer to the article "How to sell a package" – or purchase it on their own via Online Booking.
💡 For a customer to be able to make a purchase on their own, the “Sell online” toggle must be activated in the package template and acquiring must be connected.
For an independent purchase:
- The customer opens your Online Booking page via a link or in the DIKIDI Online app;
- The section with packages is located under the services. The customer sees the package name, number of visits, validity, and price;
- The customer opens the package card, where they can read a detailed description, as well as see which services and staff are available for it;
- To proceed to purchase, the customer clicks "Buy";
- During processing, the customer chooses the package design from the options you offered and specifies the number of packages to purchase;
- The customer proceeds to payment and chooses a convenient method.
