New Notification Types in DIKIDI

Attention to every detail makes all the difference in customer service. That’s why we added new types of automatic notifications that our users have long requested.

🎂 Birthday Greetings

Every customer appreciates personal attention. DIKIDI will send a greeting on the day you choose – either on the birthday itself or a little earlier.

💡 Want to surprise your customer even more? Activate the loyalty program and gift bonus points on their birthday. Add the “Number of bonuses” variable in the text, and the client will see their bonuses.

⚠️ NB! Congratulations will be sent only to customers whose birth date is specified in their profile.

📩  Please note: this type of notification is only available when one of the paid sending channels is connected.

🔄 Invitation After Appointment Cancellation

A customer who canceled an appointment is not gone forever. DIKIDI will automatically remind them about you if the appointment was canceled before it started and a new one hasn’t been scheduled yet.

In the notification, you can:

• remind about available time intervals;
• offer a bonus or discount;
• gently invite them to book again.

This approach helps you win back customers and effortlessly fill your schedule.
