Access Types to a Project

Last modified:

In a company, employees perform different functions, and for this, each of them must be given different access rights to the company's project. In this article, we will talk in detail about each access type.

Guest — This access only allows you to view appointments and a work schedule. It's intended for a public computer/tablet, with the help of which customers can see specialist employment, or specialists themselves will be able to inform customers of their free time.

Employee (view only) — view appointments and a work schedule, receive notifications about new appointments or about changes/cancellations of existing ones. This employee will not have access to customer phone numbers (numbers will be hidden).

Employee (with editing rights) — This access allows you to view a work schedule and appointments, edit them, cancel, and make new ones. This employee will have access to the customer base.

Administrator (limited access) — full access rights to a project except for the option to add or delete a "Creator" access, and download the customer base. This employee will not have access to the "Finance", "Analytics", "Sales" modules and everything related to the "Salary" module.

Administrator — full access rights except for the option to add or delete a "Creator" access and download the customer base.

Creator — full access rights to a project including the option to delete it.

You can also apply additional settings and modify individual access parameters for the employee.
