More Than Just Stars: Personal Specialist Rating
Last modified:
Now on DIKIDI each specialist has a personal rating that’s shown to customers and takes into account only their work. This makes the system more transparent and helps specialists stand out, making it easier for customers to choose the best fit for them.
Why Is Rating Important?
🔹 Instant customer trust
A specialist’s rating is displayed on the booking link, in the app, and on DIKIDI Online. So now instead of picking at random — customers can check how each specialist is rated by others.
🔹 Motivation within the team
Every team member can see their own result and see how they can improve.
📊 How is the specialist’s rating calculated?
The rating is calculated as the average rating per customer — this prevents fake inflation and shows the true level of trust.
1️⃣ All public ratings for the last 18 months are collected;
2️⃣ Each customer is counted only once, with their ratings grouped together;
3️⃣ The average rating is calculated for each customer:
📌 Example:
Reviews from Jane: 5 and 4 → 4.5
Reviews from Chloe: 5 and 5 → 5
Reviews from Max: 4 → 4
👉 Rating = (4.5 + 5 + 4) / 3 = 4.5

Where is the rating shown?
You can choose where the specialist’s rating will be displayed:
✅ Show everywhere;
✅ Show only on DIKIDI Online — in this case, customers won’t see the rating or reviews via direct link, widget, or branded app.
⚠️ NB! You cannot completely hide the rating — it will always be visible on DIKIDI Online.

🚀 How can I improve your rating?
Your personal rating depends on customer reviews. So, you can influence it!
Here are a few simple but effective steps:
✔️ Enable notifications asking for a review after each appointment;
✔️ After providing a service, ask the customer to leave a review.
Each review shapes your rating, and your rating shows who you are.
