For what you may need sms notifications?
Clients forget and miss their appointments? SMS notifications can help avoid this situation.
SMS-Notifications are sent automatically not long before visit. The purpose of the SMS is to remind the client about the visit! Sending reminders can reduce absences and time that is spent for calls.
In order to send that automatic, you need:
1. Configure any notification channel.
In the web version, you can do this in the section Settings - Notifications - Sending channels.
In the DIKIDI Business app, at the moment, you can configure sending notifications only by SMS
You can do this in the section SMS notifications - Notifications settings.
In order for your SMS notifications to be sent to customers, you need to go to the SMS notifications - SMS balance project section and top it up
2. Set reminders for online appointments or appointments created by employees.
In the web version: Settings - Notificarions - Types of notifications
In the DIKIDI Business app: уou can do this in the section SMS notifications - Notifications settings - Visit reminder
3. Also, in each appointment you can select SMS reminder and save changes.
DIKIDI Business app:
You can see the sending report in the section Settings > SMS notifications in web-version. In mobile application sending report placed in the section SMS balance.
The cost of an SMS notification is insignificant, and it will definitely cost less than even one pass by the client of his appointment.
