Follow-Up Appointment Invitation

Last modified:

How to increase customer retention? Use follow-up appointment invitations!

A follow-up appointment invitation is an automatic message sent to customers, reminding them to repeat a service.

✅ Example

A customer gets a gel polish manicure. Thу customer need to renew their nails usually every 3–4 weeks. To help them remember to book their next appointment, the system sends a reminder based on the chosen interval.

The timing of these reminders can be different. You can set a specific interval for each service, depending on how often customers come back.

✅ For example, manicures or eyelash lamination are done more often than hair coloring. Therefore, the follow-up invitation should also be sent more frequently.

Interesting to know 🧐 The system checks whether the customer has already scheduled a follow-up appointment and won’t send an invitation if a booking is already created.

If the customer received multiple services with different frequencies, the invitation will be sent only for the one with the shortest repeat interval. In other words, the system tries to bring the customer back as soon as possible.
