Setting up Rating Visibility in DIKIDI

You can configure the visibility of the company rating and individual specialists’ ratings.
DIKIDI App
1️⃣ Go to “Settings” → “Online Booking”
2️⃣ Click “Settings”
3️⃣ Choose how you want the company and specialists’ rating to be displayed:

Show everywhere;

Show only in DIKIDI Online – customers will not see the rating and reviews of the company or specialists via a direct link, in the widget, or in the branded app.
DIKIDI Web Version
1️⃣ In the DIKIDI web version, go to “Customers” → “Reviews”;
2️⃣ Click the “Settings” button located in the top right corner;
3️⃣ Choose how you want the company and specialists’ ratings to be displayed:
- Show everywhere;
- Show only in DIKIDI Online – clients will not see the ratings and reviews of specialists or the company via direct link, widget, or branded app.
⚠️ NB! Ratings are always visible in the DIKIDI Online app and website. Full hiding is not available.
