How to Disable Notifications for a Customer

At the customer's request, you can disable certain types of notifications.

1️⃣ To disable notifications, go to “Control” → “Customers.” Then open the customer’s profile.

2️⃣ Go to the “Notifications” section and select which notifications to disable.

3️⃣ Save the changes.
