How Ratings Are Calculated in DIKIDI

Rating Calculation for the DIKIDI Awards

1️⃣ All public, non-deleted ratings for the current calendar year are collected;

2️⃣ Each customer is counted only once, with their ratings grouped together;

3️⃣ The average rating is calculated for each customer:

Average Rating = Sum of all customer ratings / Number of ratings from that customer

4️⃣ The final rating for the DIKIDI Awards is calculated as the average of all customers' average ratings:

Final Rating = (Sum of each customer's average rating) / (Total number of customers)

✅ Example of DIKIDI Awards rating calculation:

Public reviews from client Mary: 5, 4 → (5 + 4) / 2 = 4.5
Public review from client Kate: 5 → 5 / 1 = 5.0

Final DIKIDI Awards rating: (4.5 + 5.0) / 2 = 4.75

Project Rating Calculation

1️⃣ All public, non-deleted ratings over the last 18 months are collected;
2️⃣ Each customer is counted only once, with their ratings grouped together;
3️⃣ The average rating is calculated for each customer:

Average Rating = (Sum of all ratings from that customer) / (Number of ratings from that customer)

4️⃣ The final rating for the project is calculated as the average of all customers' average ratings:

Final Rating = (Sum of each customer's average rating) / (Total number of customers)

✅ Example of project rating calculation:

Public reviews from client Mary: 5, 4, 3 → (5 + 4 + 3) / 3 = 4.0
Public reviews from client Kate: 5, 5 → (5 + 5) / 2 = 5.0
Public review from client Chloe: 4 → 4 / 1 = 4.0

Final project rating: (4.0 + 5.0 + 4.0) / 3 = 4.33

Personal Specialist Rating Calculation

A specialist's rating is calculated using the same principle as the project rating, but only customer ratings from visits to that specific employee are taken into account.

Visibility Settings for Rating and Reviews

You can manage where the rating and reviews are displayed:

• Show Everywhere – the rating and reviews will be visible in the project profile, on the website, in the app, and in the online booking link;

• Show Only in DIKIDI Online.

⚙️ Rating visibility settings are available in the “Reviews” section of the project profile.

⚠️ NB! Whenever data changes (ratings are added or deleted, or review visibility changes), all averages and final ratings are automatically updated.
